Copyright Infringement Notice

AudioBank, ("AudioBank") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

It is AudioBank's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyright rights of others.

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, AudioBank will respond expeditiously to allegations of copyright infringement committed through the AudioBank website, AudioBank mobile applications or other online networks accessible via a mobile or other type of device (the "Sites") that are reported to the Copyright Agent designated AudioBank, identified in the standard notice below.

If you are a copyright owner, or if you are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, or if you are authorized to act under any exclusive copyright right, please report alleged copyright infringements occurring on or through the Sites by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement below and delivering it to AudioBank's designated copyright agent. Upon receipt of notice as described below, AudioBank will take such action as it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion, including removal of the disputed material from the Sites.

Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this notice - you can provide a representative list of the works copyrighted material that you claim has been infringed.
